Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to help support our fast-paced event rental operations. This role is responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining rental equipment — ensuring everything is clean, complete, and ready to go for delivery. You’ll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and our clients happy.

Key Responsibilities:

Pull and stage rental items for upcoming events based on order sheets

Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment (tables, chairs, linens, tents, etc.)

Load and unload trucks in a safe and organized manner

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards

Check items in and out accurately and report any damages or shortages

Fold and sort linens, stack chairs, roll cables, and prep tools for use

Assist with minor repairs or equipment labeling as needed

Work as part of a team to meet daily deadlines and job requirements

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

Able to work on your feet for extended periods

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or overtime during busy seasons

Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Warehouse or event rental experience a plus, but not required (we’ll train!)Company Description
