Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $80,000 - $250,000+ per year (Uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do:

Work directly with borrowers to assess their mortgage needs and guide them through the loan process

Present loan options and educate clients on mortgage solutions

Gather and review client documentation to ensure loan readiness

Maintain communication with processing, underwriting, and sales teams to push deals across the finish line

Build and manage a pipeline of clients, following up daily to drive conversions and closings

Who We’re Looking For:

Sales, customer service, or mortgage experience is preferred but not required

A competitive, coachable mindset with strong follow-up skills

Comfortable on the phone and motivated by goals

Must be available for full-time, onsite work (this is NOT a remote position)
