Physician Assistant – Nurse Practitioner

We are a well-established Family Medicine practice serving the Artesia/Cerritos community for over 35 years. We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to join our team and support our lead physician in providing high-quality primary care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services under the supervision of a physician.

Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and document findings in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans within the PA scope of practice.

Administer and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging.

Perform in-office procedures including immunizations, wound care, and minor urgent care services.

Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and chronic disease management.

Collaborate with the physician to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications:

Current California Physician Assistant License.

Current California DEA certification for prescribing medications.

Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.

Must be comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan (pediatrics to geriatrics).

Hindi or Punjabi speaking is a major plus!Company Description
