Position Summary for the Laser Programmer I Laser Operator:

We are looking for an experienced Laser Programmer I Laser Operator specializing in the prototype industry.

Shift Times for this Position:

1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM (8 Hour Days) and 6:00AM to 4:30PM (10 Hour Days) must be open to working up until 4:30 when needed. - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)

2nd Shift (Flexible Start Time): 2:30PM – 4:30PM to 10:30PM – 2:30AM (Varies Between Start time and if we are working 8 Hours or 10 Hours) - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)

3rd Shift (Flexible Start Time: 9:30PM-11:30PM to 5:30AM-7:30AM (Varies Between Start time and if we are working 8 Hours or 10 Hours) - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Experience in Prototype Sheet Metal.

Brand of Lasers: NTC, Trumpf, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Armada, Bystronics, Prima and More

Style of Laser: CO2 Lasers, BLM Lasers, Fiber Lasers and More

Programming Experience With: Trumpf Flux, Tube DX, NTC Software, G&M Code, Mazatrol DX, TruTops Boost, TruControl, TruTopsCell and More

Must have hydraulic press experience working with Kirksite, Aluminum and Steel dies.

Performing off sets, tool changes and setting up lasers

Experienced with 3 Axis and/or 4 Axis and/or 5 AXIS Lasers

Must be willing to develop and run prototype stampings which may include blank development and developing a prototype die process for others to follow.

Must be able to follow directions and work at a fast pace.

There will be advancement opportunities depending on your eagerness to learn and work with others in a fast-paced prototype sheet metal environment.

Compensation Range:

Hourly: $30.00 to $45.00

Time and a Half of Hourly Range after 40 Hours

Double Time of Hourly Range on Sundays
