Regal Staffing Services in Arlington is now hiring Quality Control Inspectors for a reputable manufacturing company located in the 76011 area. These are immediate openings, and we're looking for candidates with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.

Position Details:

Shift: 3rd Shift

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 12:00AM– 8:15 AM

Pay: $21.00- $28.00/hour DOE

Location: Arlington, TX 76011

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance across all stages of the production process, from incoming raw materials to final product output. Candidates must have experience in PCBA inspection, soldering standards, and quality assurance practices specific to electronics manufacturing.

Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma, technical school education, or equivalent required

Must have experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) inspection

Must have hands-on soldering experience and working knowledge of J-STD-001 standards

Must hold a valid IPC-A-610 certification

Previous quality control experience in a manufacturing environment is required

Key Qualifications:

Thorough understanding of inspection procedures, soldering standards, and product quality requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation

Ability to read and understand work instructions and technical documentation in English

Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic math skills preferred

Responsibilities Include:

Perform visual and mechanical inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished PCBA products

Verify that all soldering meets J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards

Inspect and test electronic assemblies using appropriate tools and techniques

Use statistical methods to evaluate product quality and process effectiveness

Record, analyze, and report inspection findings to supervisors for further action

Maintain accurate logs, charts, and quality documentation

Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
