Position Highlights:

Full-Time Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

(Must be available for occasional Saturdays and flexible to travel to other branches for training or support)

Pay: $15.00 per hour with weekly pay

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person with vehicle registrations, permits, and related inquiries

Handle and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain balanced cash drawers and complete required reporting

Review and process documentation with strong attention to detail

Provide a courteous, professional customer experience as the face of the Tax Office

Support general office functions as needed

What You Bring:

At least 6 months of recent cash handling and data entry experience in a customer service role (within the past 2 years).

Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and solid basic math skills

High School Diploma or GED (must be presented at interview)

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work style

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese are a plus, but not required

Important Information: Candidates will be required to undergo background checks, including Criminal City, State, and National checks, Drug Screening, and verification of Education and Employment, in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
