Job Title: ERP Senior Project Manager (Oracle Implementation)

Location: Pembroke Park, FL (Hybrid to Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Contract

Compensation: (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact enterprise software transition from Lawson to Oracle. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing complex ERP implementations, preferably with Oracle Fusion applications. This role will begin in a hybrid capacity and transition to a fully onsite position as the project advances.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end management of ERP system implementation projects.

Align IT strategies with business goals, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Establish project milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined execution.

Apply standardized project management methodologies to support the full system development lifecycle.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with mid-to-large organizations.

PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM) is highly desirable.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Valid Florida Driver’s License required.

Flexibility to travel to local sites and work varied hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
