Overview: Seeking an accomplished Health, and Safety (EHS) & Process Safety Manager to spearhead EHS initiatives at a petrochemical manufacturing site currently undergoing construction. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence both the short-term development and long-term sustainability of the site’s safety and environmental standards.

Role Scope: Short-Term Focus: Oversee and manage all EHS protocols throughout the construction phase. Long-Term Vision: Direct health, safety, environmental, and process safety initiatives across operational phases, embedding industry-leading practices while ensuring strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.

Key Objectives:

Cultivate an injury-free environment.

Execute risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP and FMEA to mitigate operational hazards.

Drive regulatory compliance to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $160,000 per annum + 15% Bonus

Responsibilities:

Direct environmental, health, and safety protocols during construction.

Champion process safety and environmental stewardship.

Establish and refine best practices within EHS management.

Guarantee adherence to all applicable regulatory frameworks and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of EHS experience, including at least 3 years in chemical and/or petrochemical manufacturing.

Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk analysis methodologies such as HAZOP and FMEA.
