We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team in Tomball, TX. If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers—both new and existing—to understand what they need and help them find the right solutions. It’s a mix of sales, service, and strategy. You’ll manage your pipeline, keep things moving in our CRM, and make sure customers are happy from the first call to final delivery.

What you’ll do:

Growing accounts and bringing in new business

Building strong relationships with clients and being their go-to person

Figuring out what customers need and recommending the right services

Handling deals from start to finish, including negotiation and follow-up

Spotting opportunities to upsell or cross-sell

Working with internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly

Staying on top of market trends and what the competition’s doing

Keeping your accounts organized and up to date in our CRM

Tracking performance and sharing updates with the sales team

Supporting customers post-sale to make sure they stay happy

What you’ll need:

3-4 years of experience in sales—automotive, equipment, leasing, or similar industries preferred

A 4-year degree in business is required

Someone who’s confident, curious, and loves talking to people

Strong communication and negotiation skills

A team player who’s also comfortable working independently

Someone who’s good with numbers, data, and CRM tools

Tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office

Most importantly: someone with strong ethics and a customer-first mindset
