RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy: Drive the vision and roadmap for digital platforms (website, app, booking engine, chatbot) aligned with business goals.
Product Development: Create PRDs and user stories to define features based on customer and business needs.
Collaboration: Work with IT, design, content, and marketing teams to execute initiatives from concept to launch.
Data Insights: Use analytics to inform decisions, optimize performance, and improve the user journey.
E-commerce: Lead efforts to increase conversion, revenue, and enhance the digital shopping experience.
User Experience: Champion user-centric design across all platforms in partnership with UX/UI teams.
Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for product updates and performance reporting.
Market Trends: Stay current on industry developments to identify innovation opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce or travel/hospitality.
Proficiency with tools such as analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Clarity, Optimizely), CMS, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
SKILLS
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and digital product launches.
Strong writing of PRDs and user stories.
Data-driven mindset with clear communication and multitasking abilities.
Agile experience is a plus.
Passion for digital experiences and customer-first thinking.
