Now Hiring: Manual Machinist – 1st Shift (6 Days/Week)

Pay Range: $30–$38/hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Saturday

Position Overview

EmployBridge is looking for an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team at a leading industrial facility in Cumming, GA. This is a full-time, high-priority position with competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term growth potential. Please note: CNC machines are not used in this role — we’re seeking a true manual machinist.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Proficient in using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers to .0001 tolerance

Ability to read and interpret engineered part drawings

Skilled in operating engine lathes (all sizes)

Experienced with mill machines, including large horizontal and vertical mills

Capable of holding tight tolerances to within .001 overall

Must have a zero-incident safety record with current references

Willingness to work overtime as needed (6-day schedule)

Occasional travel for field work may be required
