Plant Manager - Food Production

We are currently assisting our client, a food products manufacturer, with a Plant Manager search in the Canton, OH area.

Responsibilities

Will be responsible to lead and manage a team in a non-union high volume food production environment.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures, striving for continuous improvement and optimization.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing leadership role in a food production environment

Experience with plant budgets.
