We are looking for a Replacement Technician with hands-on experience in removing and installing commercial HVAC and/or plumbing systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who thrives on precision, teamwork, and ensuring seamless system transitions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove and replace HVAC units, furnaces, condensers, water heaters, piping, or plumbing fixtures as required

Ensure replacements meet all manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes

Perform site assessments to prepare for replacement jobs

Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly

Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed

Provide excellent service and communication to clients throughout the job

Keep job sites clean and safe at all times

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing system replacement

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation best practices

Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications

EPA Certification (for HVAC roles) preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong troubleshooting and time management skills

Comfortable working in tight spaces, rooftops, and variable weather conditions

OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
