Job Requirements and Duties:

High School diploma

Pharmaceutics/Cosmetics Industry Experience

2 plus years of manufacturing industry experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills

Previous work experience in installing, maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and HVAC systems

Proven experience as maintenance technician

Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems

Respond to maintenance requests from internal stakeholders and provide excellent customer service

Adhere to all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect, reassuring the quality and quantity of product produced

Identify and address potential safety hazards in the facility

Experience in planning maintenance operations

Ensure all machinery is up to working standards

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

Design all preventive maintenance programs

Resolve all maintenance issues

Extensive knowledge in a variety of mechanical systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team if required
