You’d be solving problems like:

Replacing an outdated sewer system with a 30” pipe to support a growing city

Designing all utilities and sitework for a new 23-story hotel

Transforming a wooded lot into a high-end campground retreat

Protecting an electrical substation built in a floodplain from flooding

Guiding a multi-family apartment development from concept to ribbon cutting

What You’ll Do:

Design site layouts, grading, utilities, drainage, and paving plans

Lead projects with client communication, public feedback, and internal coordination

Use AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and design

Mentor junior staff and ensure QA throughout all phases

Write specs, estimate costs, and lead construction site visits

Work across teams with engineers, surveyors, and government agencies

Create proposals, identify project opportunities, and support client growth

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

PE Licensure in Indiana (Michigan is a bonus!)

5+ years of experience managing site development and land transformation

5+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
