BA/QA Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a BA/QA Analyst at Tuvoli HQ in Nashua, NH. Tuvoli is currently seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about innovation, can quickly become a product expert and someone who will advocate for user experience. This role will work closely with other team members to collect user requirements, document acceptance criteria, create test plans and then execute those plans.

Responsibilities

· Develop and document acceptance criteria and test plans

· Document and track software failures using Visual Studio Team Services

· Work with the Development Leads and/or Product to plan and schedule release cycles

· Provide effective communication (technical and non-technical) with team members in multiple locations

· Verifying builds for quality prior to production deployment

· Help triage customer questions and/or issues

Qualifications

Experience in business aviation is a plus but is not mandatory for this role

Must be willing to work on-site.

Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills

2+ years’ experience with quality assurance and/or business analysis

Prior experience in application software testing preferred

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
