LHH is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with litigation experience for an exciting opportunity with a well-established law firm in Naples, Florida. This is a great role for a detail-oriented professional looking to support a dynamic legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys handling litigation matters
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
File legal documents with courts (both electronically and in person when required)
Maintain and organize case files, discovery materials, and calendars
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
Manage attorney schedules and monitor deadlines
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary in litigation
Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with Florida court filing systems is a plus
