We're Hiring: Manufacturing Workforce Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Red Lion, PA
Schedule: Onsite for 1–2 weeks (Jessup), then Hybrid (1 day onsite/week)
Type: Contract-to-Hire (3–6 months)
Pay: $35–$40/hr. (DOE) + Bonus Potential Salary upon conversion: $70K–$75K
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter with 3–5+ years of high-volume manufacturing recruitment experience, particularly in hourly roles like welders, painters, plant techs, and supervisors.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and source resumes through ATS and various recruiting channels
Promote openings via job boards, media, and outreach programs
Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong fit
Coordinate interviews and provide hiring support to managers
Roll out offers in collaboration with HR teams
Maintain clean and accurate candidate data in our ATS
Build talent pipelines and keep passive candidates warm
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven success in hourly talent sourcing and placement
Familiarity with ATS platforms and structured interview techniques
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Based near Red Lion, PA and open to a hybrid schedule
Degree preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome

Pay Range: $35–$40/hr. (DOE) + Bonus Potential Salary upon conversion: $70K–$75K
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
