We’re a growing manufacturing company in the Toledo, Ohio area, looking for a motivated and dependable HR Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience supporting HR functions in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This role is essential in keeping our HR operations running smoothly by helping with recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings and scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
Respond to employee questions about company policies and benefits
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
Compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR support role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Location:
This role is full-time and in-office in the Toledo, Ohio area.
