Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing automation and robotics, with a proven track record of implementing advanced technologies to improve productivity, quality, and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the GFRC and glass façade manufacturing facility.

Lead initiatives to modernize and automate manufacturing processes, including the integration of robotics and smart systems.

Evaluate current production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to align production goals with project timelines.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Build and lead a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs related to manufacturing performance.

Source and work with technology partners and vendors to implement automation solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience introducing automation and robotic systems in a production setting.

Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
