The COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER must lead and execute our brand’s communication strategy across multiple channels, with a strong focus on engaging and supporting our field consultants (B2B audience). This role blends creative copywriting with strategic channel communications, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful in driving consultant success. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing communication channels, and optimizing messaging to resonate with both our consultants and broader audiences, ensuring alignment with our brand’s mission and business goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for digital and print channels, including website copy, emails, training, event content, social media, and thought leadership pieces.
Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Collaborate with designers and marketing/sales teams to develop storytelling assets that drive engagement and conversion.
Own and manage key communication channels on HubSpot, including email, SMS marketing, training and other key areas.
Develop and oversee an communications calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and strategic content distribution.
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategies for effectiveness.
Track and analyze communication performance, using data to refine messaging and content strategy.
Stay updated on industry trends, media landscapes, and best practices in digital marketing and communications.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3. QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in communications, copywriting, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Experience managing communication channels, including web, and email marketing.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and creative teams.
Knowledge of SEO, Hubspot, BeeFree.io, and/or Canva is a plus.
