Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor

URS Properties is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Crescent Place Apartments. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who takes pride in creating safe, well-maintained communities for residents and teams alike.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair operations

Manage service requests and make-readies with quick turnarounds

Lead and support maintenance techs and vendors

Ensure property is clean, safe, and operating efficiently

Schedule and complete preventative maintenance tasks

Maintain accurate records and control inventory

Respond to after-hours emergencies (rotating on-call)

Communicate with the Community Manager and Regional Maintenance Director

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in multifamily maintenance leadership

Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, etc.

Working knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations

Ability to lead a team and manage vendors

Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., work outdoors, and use power tools

Must have own tools, smartphone, and reliable transportation

CPO and EPA certifications required (or ability to obtain)
