Summary
We are looking for an Insights Analyst Intern for the Summer of 2025! As an Insights Analyst at Good Day Farm, you will conduct and present analysis to key stakeholders, and support the company’s growth. You will be a cross-functional partner that helps power analytics and insights throughout the company. This role will be in the uniquely positioned to influence important decisions at one of the fastest growing and leading cannabis companies. The decisions we make can have long-lasting effects on the industry for years to come. You will work alongside and be supported by a team that is determined to win. *Please note, this position is based in our Headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Obtain data and perform quantitative analysis
Own and provide recommendations to key stakeholders
Write reports to drive action through shared insights
Create dashboards and visualizations
Understand business needs and gaps in processes or analyses
Create processes and tools to enable more efficient analyses
Clean and validate data
Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
Minimum Requirements
On track to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field
e.g. Operations Research, (Applied) Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics
Strong ability to perform quantitative research and analytics
Proficient in data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Due to industry regulations, must be 21 years of age or older.
