As our HR Generalist, you will serve in a non-managerial leadership role overseeing a variety of HR functions, employee relations, leaves of absence, and policy guidance as examples. You will be a resource for team leaders and staff to perform with a consultative approach regarding our policies, processes and practices. You will lead project opportunities within our HR team, regarding innovative process improvements, training sessions, and problem-solving.
You will join an experienced, passionate, and collaborative human resources team that is blending from a recent merger, to help fully integrate our organization regarding culture, values and community. You would be working in a hybrid environment with the expectation of a few days per week in the office as well as the ability to travel to other Clinica Family Health & Wellness clinics and facilities in Boulder, Broomfield, Adams counties on occasion.
Job Profile:
Do you have a foundation of human resources practices, policy administration and employee relations?
Have you worked with an HRIS entering information, looking into processing employee related processes?
Do you have passion for problem solving employee related challenges?
Are you experienced with building a team and an employee community?
What We Need:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or comparable experience preferred.
Two (2+) years’ human resources experience
Two (2+) years’ experience with human resources programs, including benefits and compensation
Two (2+) years’ experience regarding leaves of absence including, FMLA, FAMLI, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation
One (1+) year experience with HRIS system(s). We are using UKG
While this is a hybrid role, you must live in Colorado, within a reasonable commute to be in the office about 2 days per week
