Location: Mukwonago, WI

Salary: $85,250 - $101,750

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call as needed)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Engauge is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of facility systems and equipment. This role requires managing large-scale projects and coordinating vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.

Utilize ERP and CMMS systems for tracking and managing maintenance activities.

Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose and repair issues.

Manage fabrication and machine shop tools efficiently.

Coordinate large-scale facility projects and vendor management.

Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Lead and develop a high-performing technical maintenance team.

Required Qualifications:

️ 10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial maintenance projects (preferably in plastic injection molding).

️ 10+ years of experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

️ Trade Licensure, Technical Degree, or Journeyman Certificate in Facilities or Industrial Maintenance preferred.

️ Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.

️ Ability to work any shift and respond to emergency calls 24/7.

️ Strong troubleshooting skills for facility equipment, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC installations.

️ Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers safely.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.

Ability to bend, twist, and reach into tight spaces.

Occasional exposure to inclement weather.
