Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Location: Mukwonago, WI

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call as needed)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Engauge is seeking a passionate and driven Reliability and Maintenance Manager to join our team in Mukwonago, WI. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee our Technical Services Team and play a pivotal role in maximizing asset utilization through world-class reliability practices, performance management, and a people-first culture. What You’ll Do

Drive execution of Engauge’s Reliability and Maintenance program to achieve best-in-class safety, quality, efficiency, and service.

Lead and develop a work management system to optimize maintenance team efficiency and minimize material costs.

Implement and sustain core maintenance processes including spare parts management, CMMS, and TPM.

Oversee scheduling and planning to shift maintenance efforts toward 90%+ planned work.

Build and continuously improve an asset reliability program focused on maximum availability and lifecycle value.

Apply reliability analytics (e.g., Weibull, Monte Carlo, RCM, FMEA) to transform operations from reactive to proactive.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, suppliers, and site leadership to ensure equipment reliability.

Lead contractor management and capital planning, including end-of-life asset replacement strategies.

Foster a high-performance, feedback-driven, and continuous improvement culture across the team.

Mentor and grow talent within the team while ensuring strong succession and skill development pipelines.

Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed for site-critical situations.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with emphasis in Reliability Engineering or related discipline (preferred).

Experience:

7+ years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, engineering, and asset reliability.

Proven track record in building reliability-centered maintenance and work management programs from the ground up.

Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS utilization.

Familiarity with reliability analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive maintenance tools.

Demonstrated success leading teams, coaching employees, and aligning operations to strategic objectives.

Excellent communicator who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
