Weld Supervisor / Weld Manager

Our client, a $4B manufacturing market leader has an immediate and

urgent direct hire Welding Engineering Supervisor / Weld Manager opening for an established fabrication/welding/assembly/paint facility east of Des Moines, IA.

Tremendous support will come from corporate and other plants, but this role

really blends a hands on tactical doer approach with the creative side of enhancing an established welding program.

Technical experience with FCAW, SAW, GMAW, AWS D1.1, and CWI highly valued.

Candidates must have 5+ years experience within a low volume, high mix welding function

within an industrial manufacturing environments.
