About the Role

Provide expert legal counsel in business law matters, including contracts, entity formation, and compliance. Draft and oversee estate plans, wills, trusts, and handle estate administration. Represent clients in litigation cases, including conducting research, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings. Collaborate with the firm's team to ensure timely and effective client service. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards for ethical practice.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and current license to practice law in Pennsylvania. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business, estate, and litigation law. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: $60 - $120/hour (dependent on experience)
