Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in assigned markets to achieve revenue targets.
Work with key internal and external stakeholders to identify assigned market opportunities and support
strategies for rapid growth.
• Identify and target potential clients, including agencies, partners and brands, to promote the differentiated value and benefits of Castle Resorts & Hotels
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth. Collaborate with the commercial strategy team members to create effective strategies and tactics
• End-to-End commercial ownership and high-level operational support of select strategic partners and clients
• Analyze client business needs, leveraging your knowledge in digital & traditional advertising to develop customized partnership solutions
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as their trusted advisor. Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges to propose
tailored solutions across all Castle Resorts & Hotels.
• Participate in bi-weekly and relevant business review meetings,training courses, and other sales-related meetings as required.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to provide constructive feedback on account performance and opportunities
• Stays abreast of leisure travel industry trends, competitive landscape, and optimization opportunities, including new players and vendors
• Work closely within the commercial strategy team to provide clients & partners feedback, contribute to guest journey roadmap discussions and identify areas for improvement. Cross-functional collaborations with departments lead to ensure seamless onboarding, campaign execution and tracking and optimization for
clients and partners.
