What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all export operations of the Charleston branch, ensuring smooth handling of international shipments and high-level client service

• Lead and support a team of logistics professionals, setting the tone for excellence, accountability, and growth

• Manage client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness, acting as the go-to for account needs

• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company processes

• Track KPIs, drive operational improvements, and collaborate with senior leadership to align the branch with broader company goals

• Represent the Peter Wittwer brand with pride in the Charleston logistics community

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have prior experience in international freight forwarding (this is non-negotiable)

• 5+ years of logistics experience with a strong focus in import or export operations

• Proven people management or team leadership experience

• Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities

• A leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and sets the pace with integrity
