Position Responsibilities:
Design and Engineer: Develop high-performance furnace systems using high-temperature refractory metals and specialized alloys.
Systems Engineering: Create industrial vacuum systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing elements.
Collaboration: Work with industry experts, suppliers, and the in-house team to turn concepts into practical solutions.
Innovation: Reinvent debind and sinter furnaces using a first-principles approach, building prototypes, and optimizing through analysis and testing.
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience: 5-10 years in machine or complex mechanical design; systems engineering or multi-discipline project experience preferred.
Skills: Mastery of SolidWorks (preferred) or equivalent 3D CAD tools; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
