Position Overview:

Arra Finance is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment to join our team. In this key role, you will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts and help shape the company’s talent acquisition strategy, while also supporting core HR functions. You will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent, enhancing our employee experience, and aligning HR initiatives with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment across various departments, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver proactive recruitment strategies.

Own the employee lifecycle process from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all employees.

Champion our employer brand and drive creative sourcing efforts to build candidate pipelines.

Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy interpretation.

Support benefits administration and serve as a resource for employee questions and enrollments.

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Contribute to HR initiatives including employee engagement programs, culture-building efforts, and training & development projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

6+ years of HR experience with a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition.

Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—financial services experience is a plus.

Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HRIS platforms.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.

Thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment (Monday–Friday, 5 days a week).
