Serve as a Process Safety Engineer for an international chemical company on the Houston Ship Channel. Collaborative team environment at a site that has been consistently expanded for the last ten years.

Facilitate PHA's and LOPA for a chemical plant site

Utilize PHA software and mechanical and process drawings

Facilitate group meetings and manage PSM teams

Select PHA methodologies appropriate for the complexity level of the units

Track documentation of PHA's, HAZOPS and LOPA's and follow up on resolution

Review and update RMP's

Develop and drive solutions for medium and high risk issues

Conduct PSM audits
