Utilities Engineer
Monitor plant utility operations and troubleshoot issues working closely with operations personnel.
Optimize unit performance to improve efficiencies, cost, reliability and EHS performance
Create and implement operating procedures for new processes and equipment
Develop and Implement improvement projects for the utilities area
Utilities include: steam generation, wastewater, waste treatment, and air systems
Experience with Reverse Osmosis, Clarification, Ion Exchange, or various water filtration processes is a plus.
Track utilities consumption and metrics to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Manage water treatment contracts and manage vendors
Conduct RCFA of unit issues and support PSM/MOC/LOPA/PHA
