Environment, Health and Safety Manager - Chemical Manufacturing

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a EH&S Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

Will plan and implement safety policies and procedures

Will be responsible for ensuring compliance to all applicable state and Federal EPA rules and regulations, as well as other federal, state, and local municipalities.

Will be responsible for 2 locations with 100 employees.

Will implement programs to train staff on site safety practices, fire prevention, and other potential hazards

Will lead the investigation of accidents

Requirements:

Experience in a Safety/EH&S Management role out of a chemical manufacturing operation

Experience with state and federal rules and regulations

Experience with safety training
