Content Marketing Manager

InnovoCommerce is a leading SaaS provider of AI-augmented eClinical solutions for the global life sciences industry. Today, some of the largest pharmaceutical firms in the world use our enterprise platform for their clinical trials. We are seeking experienced Content Marketing Managers to lead the development of marketing strategy, compelling messaging, and targeted lead generation for our AI SaaS solution, Innovo Copilot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-impact marketing content across multiple avenues for B2B software as well as robust knowledge of tools to succeed in content & sales lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Create captivating marketing materials designed for optimal engagement and lead conversion, including but not limited to:

Campaign themes

Direct email campaigns & copy

LinkedIn thought leadership posts

Product powerpoint decks & brochures

Website content

Own and evolve themes & messaging framework for Innovo Copilot to establish a consistent tone and brand voice

Support rapid lead generation by identifying and adding targeted contacts & emails to our database

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience with content marketing specifically for B2B SaaS applications

Excellent marketing writing & editing skills with a proven ability to turn technical or complex concepts into clear, benefit-oriented messaging

Strong grasp of modern marketing & contact lead automation, including the use of tools & platforms to rapidly scale on both fronts

Innate self-starter skillset to succeed in a start-up environment, including the ability to iterate quickly

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Portfolio of high-quality assets

Commute to the office when necessary for in-person collaboration (SoCal location necessary)

Desired:

Familiarity with marketing content or generating leads for software within the life sciences industry

Familiarity with marketing content for generative AI products

Experience implementing best SEO practices and managing Squarespace websites

Light graphic experience
