Account Executive - Mechanical Service

We are recruiting an Account Executive for a service division at a large well-established Mechanical Contractor in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This person will be responsible for generating new sales and managing existing accounts. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic person that is a hunter and not a farmer. This position has a very competitive base salary and very high earning potential for someone.
The service area is local, and there is no overnight travel required. The client has fully paid training
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Prospect and develop new contracts.
Sell Mechanical Service Agreements to Commercial, Institutional, Hospitality, Multi-Family Residential, and Public accounts
Manage the relationship with the client / contacts
If needed help facilitate scheduled service and upgrades
If needed help to transition the client into the service division
Requirements/ Qualifications
Ability to create and implement marketing plans to attract new accounts
Someone that is willing to systematically Email, Text, Call, and visit new perspective accounts
A sales hunter personality is required, previous experience is preferred
Someone that can understand and excel in technical sales
Solid Communication skills written and verbally
Ability to establish timelines and budgets.
Ability to multi-task.
Must have solid computer skills.
Solid, proven and verifiable record of superior customer service.
