What you’ll be doing:
Collect and aggregate data from multiple digital sources, including websites, CRM systems, social media platforms, mobile apps, and paid media
Develop clear, consolidated dashboards and performance reports that deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization
Translate complex data sets into meaningful recommendations that support digital strategy, content optimization, and user experience improvements
Continuously monitor and refine tracking implementations using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other industry-standard platforms
Stay up-to-date on emerging tools and industry best practices to refine reporting and measurement techniques
Lead internal review of findings and recommendations, and present monthly reports to key stakeholders via PowerBI dashboards
Who we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on performance measurement and campaign optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
MUST have experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools
Hands-on experience tracking and analyzing performance across websites, email, social media, paid media, search, and mobile platforms
