Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage control engineering projects from conception to completion.

Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI systems using Allen Bradley/Rockwell products and Ignition software.

Develop and maintain control system documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and software code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure reliable operation.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in control engineering and water/wastewater technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in control engineering, with a focus on PLC and HMI programming.

Extensive experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell products and Ignition software.

Proven track record of successfully leading projects in the water/wastewater industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
