A leading global Telecommunications company is looking for experienced Account Executives to join their high-performing team in Sacramento, CA
This is an amazing opportunity for a hungry sales professional experienced in B2B sales to join one of the top names in the industry. The focus of this role will be selling into Small and Medium-size Businesses (SMB's), and comes with a base salary, Uncapped Commission and a Sign-on Bonus.
Candidates must be comfortable generating their own leads and prospecting through email, cold calling, door knocking, and closing their deals.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new sales and maintain existing accounts by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Meet clients at their locations, build relationships, and maintain a network of contacts to support business growth.
Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues and discrepancies, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
Develop strategic sales plans, including proposals, presentations, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to company revenue objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
2-5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
Ability to travel to customer locations regularly and engage in sales activities outside the office.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate solutions effectively.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, demonstrating progressive sales achievement.
