Adams & Martin Group is working with a dynamic and rapidly growing boutique trial firm focused on high profile litigation is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join the firm. The office is located in Costa Mesa
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
Organize and maintain case files and handle electronic discovery, including review and production of documents.
Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
Conduct both legal and factual research.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel professionally and effectively.
Maintain accurate timekeeping records and perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience; experience in employment litigation is a plus.
Proficient with legal research platforms, eDiscovery tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or qualification under California Business & Professions Code 6450(c).
Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.
