Job Title: Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) Consultant

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) Consultant to design, configure, and implement end-to-end solutions for utility customer care and billing processes. Expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M modules is critical for driving successful deployments and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Oracle C2M modules (billing, customer management, meter data, etc.) to meet business requirements.

Lead workshops to gather requirements, design workflows, and map processes.

Integrate C2M with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, MDM).

Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance post-implementation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with utility industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Oracle C2M implementations (v4.x or later).

Strong understanding of utility business processes (meter-to-cash, billing, etc.).

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Preferred:

Oracle Utilities C2M certification.

Experience with cloud-based C2M deployments.
