DevOps Engineer

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified DevOps Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on DevOps professional to support and enhance continuous integration and deployment processes across a wide range of applications. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CI/CD tools, automation, and container platforms. You’ll have the chance to work on enterprise-level releases and drive improvements across development and deployment pipelines. Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end onboarding of applications into DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Develop and maintain automation scripts for build, deployment, and infrastructure tasks

Support monthly enterprise releases and ensure tools and processes are audit-compliant

Conduct operational audits and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency

Provide mentorship and align practices/tools with industry DevOps best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

5+ years of experience in DevOps or application deployment roles

Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and/or UrbanCode

3+ years of experience with Kubernetes and container platforms like OpenShift

Proficiency in automation/scripting using Python, Terraform, Maven, or PowerShell

Understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles
