Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $35-$50 hourly DOE

Our plaintiff personal injury law firm client in Los Angeles, CA is hiring for a remote Paralegal with 2+ years of experience with California personal injury litigation cases and bilingual English/Spanish client communications to support the attorney within their expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in discovery by drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas, and by reviewing documents produced by opposing counsel

Track deadlines, court dates, and other key timelines using Filevine and other tools

Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, witnesses and court personnel

Draft and review legal documents—including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses—and prepare witness statements and deposition summaries

Organize and update electronic case files and assist with remote court filings

Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations

Summarize research findings and assist in calculating potential settlements and preparing settlement agreements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of California personal injury litigation experience required

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Knowledge of California civil procedure and local court rules

Demonstrated experience managing PI cases through all phases of litigation

Strong attention to deadlines, detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Filevine highly preferred

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent preferred

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent preferred
