CV Resources is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Employee Relations Analyst to support a dynamic HR team. In this role, you’ll assist with tracking, documenting, and coordinating employee relations matters across a national footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update case records and documentation
Coordinate investigation logistics and summarize findings
Analyze case trends and prepare reports
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations teams
Monitor ER inbox and direct inquiries accordingly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
