Plant Manager
Description:
The Plant Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities at the facility. This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for Operations, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Safety.
Position reports to a VP of Operations.
Education & Experience Requirements
Associate's degree required, bachelor's preferred
6+ years in mfg, 3+ years in leadership
Held a plant manager title (or equivalent) for at least 1 year
Led a team of at least 75
LSS training and practical application
Capital Expansion project experience
US Citizen or green card holder
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Compensation
$120k base + 15% bonus
