My client, a Columbus based law firm, is looking for an experienced civil litigator (4+ years of experience) familiar with commercial/contractual disputes, construction law, trade secrets, real property and/or probate (litigation) due to growth and increased business.
This firm also has a heavy transactional practice in the areas of business/corporate (emphasis on M&A), real estate, and estate planning/probate/trust administration. There is an opportunity to grow into any or all of those transactional areas, but the immediate need would be focusing on the firm’s litigation practice related to these areas.
They are a very entrepreneurial firm with flexibility for a hybrid work environment. Looking for someone to handling the growing case load, without an expectation of generating new business.
