Client Service & Support Team Member
Our client is a successful, growing financial advisory firm that provides family office services to highly successful individuals, their families, and family offices.

They are building their Client Support Team and are looking for a motivated, inquisitive, organized, and personable individual with a strong interest in the world of finance and a passion for client service to join them as a Client Service Team Member. This is their entry-level position designed to provide support to clients by assisting the Client Advisor Team.
Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive financial advice and servicing clients.
Processing transactions (cash flows, purchases, sales, and asset transfers).
Preparing for client meetings and responding to client requests.
Creating client reports including cash flow, investment performance, investment activity, Personal Financial Statements, and general ad hoc reporting.
Document management.
Gathering and synthesizing a wide range of information.
Preparing and/or reviewing documentation to open or update accounts and private investments.

Team player and professional in interactions with associates and clients.
Problem-solving ability, thoroughness, cautiousness, and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative to research and resolve issues.
Ability to handle many tasks at once.
Related internship/job experience is helpful.
Bachelor’s degree.
Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
