Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the new factory renovation and equipment installaton.

Participate in production planning and production cost budgeting;

Manage and set up the entire production process to ensure product quality and on time delivery ;

Maintain a safe production environment;

Coordinate with production internal and external key stakeholders;

Recruit, train, and manage a production team with 3-4 operators to ensure stable production.

Qualifications

More than 5 years operation experience in small production sites, and possess strong organizational and management skills;

Be responsible, have execution ability, be enterprising, have strong learning ability, and team spirit;

Prior to have experience conveying equipment or conveyor belts production;

Chinese Communication ability is a plus.
