About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top executive talent across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for executive-level positions
Partner with clients to understand their organizational goals, culture, and executive talent needs
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, etc.)
Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with both skillset and culture
Present top-tier candidates to clients and guide them through the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients on hiring trends and compensation
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in executive or professional-level recruitment (agency or in-house)
Proven track record of successfully filling leadership positions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred
